Shipping & Delivery


We deliver products Australia wide using various couriers such as Toll Priority/IPEC, Star Track, Border Express or Sadleirs. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed by the courier.

Most items are in stock and are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Dispatches are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

Delivery times vary based on delivery location and also courier type used (which is dependent upon the quantity & weight of items ordered). We are based in Port Melbourne, VIC. Please contact us if you need an approximate delivery time.
We do not do international shipping.

If your item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided or an unclaimed item, we will have to charge a re-delivery fee if you wish the item to be delivered again.

***Please note*** We will be closed over the Christmas/New Year period on the 21st – 26th December & 1st January inclusive (No orders will be processed on these days).
Orders placed after 8am on 21st – 26th & 29th December will not be processed until 27th December & 2nd January respectively.
Please also note there may be delays with deliveries due to busy time of year and courier delays/closures which are out of our control. Apologies for any inconvenience.
